Refund policies

1. Our aim

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund.

2. General

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

If we have made a mistake we'll also refund the delivery charge.

We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Not happy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Goods you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the Goods and we will either replace them or give you a full refund.

4. How do I return something to Water Features Online?

If for any reason you want to return an item, just follow these simple steps - it's easy.

  1. Please call our customer services department on +61 (07) 3390 5950 or e-mail us on KrystalClear@WaterFeaturesOnline.com.au and we will organise for your parcel to be collected.
  2. When we've received your Goods, we shall send a replacement or have a refund processed.
