How to Shop

1. The Shopping Trolley

The Shopping Trolley holds your purchases while you browse the site until you are ready to place your order. When you have items in the trolley, is will appear laden with parcels.

2. Select your purchases

Through the Pond Shop you shall find a wealth of water gardening products to purchase. When you see a product you like, enter the quantity you require in whole numbers (eg. 1, 2, 16). Press the button to add the items to your Shopping Trolley.

3. Checkout your purchases

The Checkout allows you to review your purchase and enter your contact details to allow the order to be placed.

You must enter all of your contact details, and the delivery address for the items.
If you are purchasing items for delivery to yourself, you may press the button to copy your details into the Delivery Details.
You may change the number of items in your Trolley by changing the quantity.
If you enter a Quantity of zero (0), the item will be removed from the Trolley.
You may re-check the order by pressing the button.
The Total shown is without delivery or insurance charges.
Payment is not necessary at this time.
When you are happy with the order, press the button.

4. Order Invoice

When the Order has been sent, you may print the Order complete page for your records.

5. Delivery costs

Due to the heavy and bulky nature of many water feature products, the delivery costs can only be calculated once the items are bundled. This allows us to choose the most cost effective method of sending your purchases.

6. Confirmation and payment

When we receive your order we will calculate the delivery cost and the final Total Price and details for making payment.
